When it was opened the first time, and the manager ( Jannele) was there, everything was good and her employees were friendly, and the service was really nice. But since I don't see her and her employees anymore there, the service, the food was up side downway too low. Right now, the baking food is too cold ( not fresh anymore), the coffe is too poor, and the service is really bad. One time , I ordered a vanila supreme late, she gave me brocoli soup. I will rather drive 20 miles out of the way to another Tim Horton than use this location. Poor customer service and delivery of product. The managers excuse was "we are all different franchises so everyone does things differently". Do not use this location for large orders because you will not get your monies worth!!!
