Some of the young men that work there really act like they don't want to work there. There is no common courtesy the cashier walk to the register and just stood there did not say welcome to Tim Hortons how can I help you they just stood there with a blank look on their face totally unacceptable when dealing with customer service.
This location sucks they charged me for another person's order then they also gave me the wrong drink when I tried calling to get my money back and talk to a manager it took me calling the Store 6 times back to back before they would answer the phone then when I ask for a manager there isn't one I have to check back in an hour so they don't have no customer service at all and they clearly can't do their job correctly this location is the worst location I've ever been at and I'll never go there again and to be honest from the... read more
I have to check my order almost every time I order lg sweet tea they try to give me green tea ask for a bagel toasted with cream cheese I get home it isn't toasted this is 4th time think I'll take my business down the rd to dunkin
Coffee. Watered down. Creamer. Extra when didn't ask for extra. Donuts dry. I will go the extra mile for better coffee. Especially the first cup. Talking about a bad start to the day. Never again.
