This location has gone downhill. Cold food, incorrect orders, lousy customer service. Recommend the one on Michigan Ave or go up to Ford Rd. Their workers only mumble when they talk and you have to repeat your order 5 times. Trash cans over flowing, restaraunt looks horrible. I'm afraid what the bathrooms look like.
Great deals on breakfast sandwiches and wraps vs McD, but same issues as most Hortons. Understaffed and or training issues, tables, counters not cleaned often enough.
