Was met with extremely rude staff when asking about a pup cup. In addition to that, when mentioning a coupon at the window was met with flagrant rudeness. An audible sigh of disdain could be heard and person in the window rolled their eyes. Coffee is alright but donut was stuffed into the bag and the icing came off when I tried to get it out and eat it. Will NOT be coming back.
Placed an online order for the wrong location and IMMEDIATELY called to cancel it. They gave me the run around, said they couldn’t do it and that I needed to do it through the app (which I had already tried). Went through the app - there is no cancellation option btw - submitted a support request. I really wish they respected holding times for the chicken, I don't like 4 hour old food. It's like eating rocks on bread, coffee is great though 😋
