I came through this morning and had a horrible experience. The morning employees have a bad attitude over the littlest inconveniences. I placed a pickup order and couldn’t figure out how to enter a holiday (peppermint) flavor shot in my cappuccino through the app. I explained that at the drive through and I was passive aggressively told that I could in fact do it on the app and that next time they would charge me. I usually enjoy Tim Hortons, but lately this location has been disappointing. I ordered a medium hot chocolate and received a coffee instead; not the first time my order has been messed up here. I submitted a ticket on their website, and after 5 days of emailing back and forth repeating the same information I had already provided, all I was told was that my concerns were “forwarded to the restaurant owner.” All I wanted was a refund or credit for the hot chocolate I didn’t receive, but the process has been much more difficul... read more
I love go to her
Who ever is working this morning can't make a coffee. Asked for triple triple and it was tart when it should have been sweet. Went back and she tryed again and this time it was tart and milky not sweet. I threw away both my coffees before even leaving the driveway. It'll be a long time before I go back.
About half the time now latte is warm not hot and no foam milk ---- no food bought
