Music was too loud, when asked to lower it a bit they said that nothing could be done, we talked to the supervisor about it. Anyway, waiting for the order that we paid, was taking forever. We overheard the staff talk about supervisor order or something like that, and we felt ridiculed. Be aware this location lacks customer service.

Coffee is good, food is pretty good too.
The clerk was very efficient and very passionate about her job. I was very excited that Tim Hortons donuts are baked. She Explained where I can find this fact on the Internet
