Waited in line behind ONE car at the window for eight minutes. They didn't even have a big order handed to them. I get to the window. The girl looks in the bag a couple times and hands me my order. I get home to one of my three bagels missing. (That's all I ordered). I call the store. No Apology just "ok I can write it down and you should be able to get it next time you come through. Just let them know." I get people aren't perfect, but so frustrating.
The food was horrible at best. We were on our way to Canada and stopped to grab a breakfast sandwich and Hashbrowns on our way out. We ordered 2 Sausage, egg, and cheese on English Muffins and 2 Hashbrowns. The English Muffins weren't toasted. The sausage was barely warm. The Hashbrowns were just thrown in the bag no wrapping? I threw mine away it was gross. I have gone to the other tims in lockport on transit and it was great! I seriously wouldn't waste your time nor money at this one.
