I had a disappointing experience with my recent online order pickup. When I arrived at the drive-through, there were no other customers, I got to the window the employee named Dee asked me to pull up, which was no problem at all. However, I ended up waiting an additional 10+ minutes. When Dee finally brought the order out, her attitude throughout the interaction was very negative.
