Should have read the reviews first. The ordering process alone was ridiculous. But here’s where I got frustrated. We drove up to the window, and the young girl with long black hair in a ponytail and long acrylics, gave us our donuts in a big bag. Then handed my husband his breakfast sandwich in just the wrapper, no bag this time. His meal was supposed to come with a hashbrown. The staff already walked away from the window. I had a disappointing experience with my recent online order pickup. When I arrived at the drive-through, there were no other customers, I got to the window the employee named Dee asked me to pull up, which was no problem at all. However, I ended up waiting an additional 10+ minutes. When Dee finally brought the order out, her attitude throughout the interaction was very negative.
