I don't go to Tim Hortons often but I hope to come back soon. Love the double chocolate donuts! They were kind and patient as I needed some extra time looking at the menu. Food service workers don't get enough credit for what they do. Thank you guys!!! I will return again in the future.
The floor is sticky. The service is slow. They didn’t get my order right but I didn’t get a receipt so I can’t dispute.
Should have read the reviews first. The ordering process alone was ridiculous. But here’s where I got frustrated. We drove up to the window, and the young girl with long black hair in a ponytail and long acrylics, gave us our donuts in a big bag. Then handed my husband his breakfast sandwich in just the wrapper, no bag this time. His meal was supposed to come with a hashbrown. The staff already walked away from the window.
