I'm a door dasher and the employees everytime im in here to pick up a order for the customer they are so rude and even made comments they cannot stand dashers to my face
My sister ordered through the app. The employees gave her, her items and one out of two drinks. They said they didn’t have enough Red Bull for the second drink. They closed the window before she could respond. She had to knock on the window. She asked for a refund and they said it had to be done through the app. Her egg was overcooked and literally green. She contacted support on the app and they said she had to contact the store. She contacted the store and they said to use the app. So basically they screwed her. You guys s... read more
