It should not take almost 20 minutes to get through the drive through line completely unacceptable. What could possibly be going on inside that it takes so long to get 6 cars through the line? This must be the slowest Tim Hortons in existence. I'm not going to your website and filling out some form, it obviously has been brought to your attention and so now you can address it. If I could reduce my stars for service below 1 for your response, I would.
I’m writing this review waiting in line. This location needs to figure it out. Consistently way longer than any other location.
