Horribly slow ride service
I wanted to acknowledge the wonderful young lady we had last night 7/15/25 a little after 7pm at this location. She was so nice especially to my kiddos during our initial order, water order and then another order. She also helped my little one get a ball he threw up on the light fixture cloud (he shouldn't have had it in the store but sometimes it isn't worth the fight with a toddler). I didnt get her name but she was great.
Today, at 5827 Broadway in Lancaster, I tried the "new" sausage, scrambled egg croissant. Awful sandwich! Back to the drawing board with this mess. Here's why: scrambled egg is crumbled and pieces were falling out as I picked it up. Picking up pcs of egg from the wrapper is not good. Suggest changing your method to keep the egg together. Secondly, the croissant was greasy, not fluffy, under-baked, but had ok flavor. Would not purchase again or recommend unless quality improves. Tim's can do better!
Stopped by this new location the other day and was really impressed! The place is super clean and well organized. The staff were really friendly and helpful too
