I came today around 3 pm to pick up my order. There was only one young guy at the front, taking orders and making drinks by himself. He was doing his best, but there was a huge delay before it got to my turn. but what shocked me most was when a lady who seemed to be a supervisor — came to “help” him. Instead of supporting him, she started yelling at him and speaking to him in a very rude, harsh way right in front of customers.
