Green matcha lattes are my new addiction. The Tim Hortons by my house is delicious! I stopped at this location to get one and it just tasted like milk :(. I went back through to tell the staff it didn’t taste right and they said, that’s the way we make them. I was surprised they didn’t even want to try and make it again, even after I went inside to get the donuts I forgot to order. The donuts and Carmel latte weren’t too bad though to be fair. I didn’t take any pics, just threw it out.
I went through the drive-thru at Tim Hortons recently and was pleased with how quickly I got my drink—it was made well and tasted great. The service was efficient, which I appreciated. However, the customer service left something to be desired. The employees didn’t seem very engaged or friendly, and they appeared more interested in chatting with each other than interacting with customers. A bit more attentiveness and warmth would really improve the experience.
Three employees in here and I'm watching them completely ignore a delivery driver and a customer. After they stopped being lazy I watched it happen to another customer as well. Employees walking past the counter and ignoring customers with our even a "we will be with you shortly" or something is unacceptable.
Seems to be rough getting a BELT correct. Like noone knows about the lettuce and tomato. This was my last visit to this location.
Customer service varies day to day. Some people are good at it. Others not so much.
