Won't go back! Activated buy a dozen get 6 free donuts. Told the person taking the order that I had activated and what it was. Get up to the window and pay. They hand me my stuff and no free 6 donuts. I say I should have another half dozen and the lady says it too late we already rang it up. Needless to say got refund and went to Bigsby on big beaver instead. About 30 mins ago I went though the drive though to pick up my mobile order. I had a icecap with whipped cream and a chicken chipotle wrap. When I first got to the window they gave me my drink without whipped cream. I had to ask for it which I didn’t mind. But when I got home I noticed I had no sauce on my wrap and I paid extra for a little extra sauce. I get my ice coffee every morning before I I go to work at 6 AM from this location because it’s on my way to work one time I ordered caramel coffee double double But there is no sugar or caramel in it just cream and coffee And another time hazelnut iced coffee double double and only there was chocolate syrup and cream and coffee no hazelnut or sugar. Went for a bagel combo with an L iced coffee. Little old lady at the window gave me a L hot coffee. No biggie, hey it’s wrong. She tells me no it’s not and insists I take it. I told her no and repeated my order to her to clarify. She turns around and literally dumps the hot coffee into a cup of ice and then hands that to me. At this point I told her I want a refund because that not what I ordered. She takes it again and goes behind a corner and comes back with a somewhat lighter drink and puts it in my hand.
