I've been coming to this Tim Hortons almost every day for years, and I can't say enough good things about the staff. The food is always great, the service is fast, and the restaurant is consistently clean inside and out. The tables are always spotless, and the employees work hard to keep everything looking nice. Recently, I was in the drive-thru and witnessed a customer being extremely rude to the employees. Very very very bad customer service, and worst worker the spcialy the manger was old albinan lady with optic class was very rude very aggressive with customer in drive throw and the store very dirty all the workers there not respecting the customer order and i see the manager wave in her arms to the customer and looked the window not give customer what he order and said to him git ot off here this picture for location
