Staff is usually friendly and efficient.
I came here to get my birthday drink, and was denied because a girl didn't want to work. She first said " inside only" And made me come inside to get my drink, only to wait there for 10 minutes and not be served at all. Went back through the drive-thru and she said "what can I get for you" upon driving up. That's absolute trash customer service, she lied because she was being lazy and wanted to deter business.
