This Tim Hortons is the best Tims on telegraph. I come every morning. The only problem I've ever had was a long wait line but the manager explained to me that they were short on people and within the next few days the lines were moving very quickly again. I can reassure every one that the managers or employees do not behave in such innapropriate behavior as listed below. The young manager there in mornings is very rude to customers and her employees, its soo uncalled for even calling a employee a "skank" where customers can here very inmature and unprofessional. She told me her name is "sam" Why dont your employees wear name tags???
I could not believe how rude the lady in the drive thru was. I won't be going back to that location that's for sure!
