So I went here today to wait for someone and was very uncomfortable because there was a man circling the parking lots for about 30 min. I processded to take me and my child inside of the store for safety and explain to the cashier what was going on but he acted like he didn't understand me or he was in on what was going on ( even after I pointed out the car. I ordered jelly donut and large hot latte. Donut was pretty good, but unfortunately, a latte not worth it. It's not because of barista, it's only because of coffee machine which they use to make a coffee. Barista was really nice and done everything in clean way. And the way it's supposed to be. But unfortunately that time, their bathroom doesn't work for the customers, and it's really upset.
I was provided with a drink different from the one I ordered. When I asked the barista/cashier about the order, I was met with a horrendous attitude. She was rude and unprofessional, raised her voice, and took on a heavily passive aggressive attitude, asking me multiple times "ma'am, what is your problem" and claimed that she did indeed give me the correct drink.
