I came 9:20 PM for coffee but tim Hortons lady said it’s closes. But time shows online 10:00 PM
Placed an online order with breakfast and coffee, went into the branch to pick up but was told they do not serve food. Got in touch with customer service and was told I needed to get a refund issued by the store manager or owner. Went back into the branch to get said refund, but was told nothing can be done at the branch and wait for a manager.
