I usually resolve things like this internally but I dont think anyone cared. I received a drink made with spoiled milk and politely and quietly brought it up. No apology, no replacement - was told “that’s just the way it is.” I even contacted Tim Hortons Guest Care Team (like you tell many others here) and was told that this location would follow up. They never did. This experience was enough for me to stop going to any Tim Hortons…even though I used to get excited about it 😅

My wife is extremely disappointed with her recent experience at Tim Horton . To verify my wife's military ID for a free donut on Veterans Day, the manager asked the cashier to take a picture of it. This is essentially asking for proof in a way that's vulnerable to identity theft. My wife declined and left the store. I hope Tim Hortons will educate their staff on how to properly handle promotions for veterans.
