Use to love the girl with the cat/star astronomy tattoos, but I didn't care for being asked if I took a "money/(deposit?) bag with $80 in it". Here I thought just quitting caffeine would be the reason to stop going there but thanks for a new reason. Never again. Pps. Check your damn cameras before accusing a loyal and devoted Tim Hortons customer. (Happened around 6pm March 28 Fri) Ironically of all the things like incorrect change or poorly made drinks and wraps, I never bothered to complain, but this I had to rant about.
I ordered about $60 worth of food yesterday and this is by far the poorest quality Tim Hortons. I’ve ever been to everything was cold and clearly left from the day before I ordered eight hashbrowns and they were all thrown in a bag on top of each other without any wrappers, they were cold and broken, and whatever oil they were cooked in tasted rancid. Coffee was barely warm. It was absolutely disgusting. I will never come back to this location.
ITS BEEN A ISSUSE THE LAST 2months wrong dounts or something missing the managers or supervisors are totally worthless don’t waste ur money here
Outrageously horrible, rude, nasty customer service. Terrible products. No accountability for formal complaints made about the outrageously bad customer service or their inferior products. This store is terribly run and customers should avoid. This store location gives Tim Hortons a terrible look.
