Proceeded to make me 2 of the most disgusting and bitter iced coffees I’ve ever had the displeasure of drinking. Then REFUSED MY REFUND. Avoid this place like a plague

They frequently get my order incorrect here. Ordered ice coffee with a shot of hazelnut and a large chili. I get the coffee and there’s no flavor shot, it’s just black coffee. And she hands me the coffee with the lid half on, almost spilling out on me. I was handed the bowl of chili without a bag, no spoon and no napkins, and I wasn’t asked about bread or crackers. Ordered DoorDash for delivery. Carmel cold brew with cold foam was curdled at the bottom, gave me a small iced chai tea instead of a medium, and both bagels weren’t even toasted. Do your self a favor and go to dunkin
