Not terrible, but far from perfect. Service from the drive thru is actually pretty good, not as much when you go inside. Also be sure to get cream and sugar on the side, because ordering the same amount of cream every time can still result in variations from employee to employee (some employees interpret 1 cream as only a drop, while others interpret it as making a milkshake)
Very disappointed to find a hair in my breakfast wrap. Food safety and cleanliness should be a top priority. I spoke with the supervisor, who appeared genuinely concerned about the issue and took it seriously. While I appreciate the response, I hope greater attention is given to quality control to prevent this from happening again.
I’m a regular here. I always come early morning on the way to work and I find the weekends to be the worst. Coffee was not hot and tasted old. The young lady had my CC for a little bit after given my coffee first. CC is now canceled. I don’t trust people and will not be returning to this location anymore.
