Everytime I go I either don't get what I ordered or it is not made right. Went this morning asked for plain bagel double toasted extra butter got a plain bagel barely toasted with cream cheese. And there was no one else in line.
Tims is a bit of a mixed bag here. I like the food. The wraps are solid, the breakfast sandwiches are top 5. They have thick boston cream custard donuts. Iced capp's are a classic. If you can ignore the other... issues, this is one of the better places for a snack in the meijer strip here. Service is hit or miss. I don't take that out on the workers either. Coffe is always great. Food. We'll its a coffee shop. So
Ordered a mobile order, came to the drive thru 10 minutes after placing the order, they never started on it. Told me to park and they'll bring it out to me, after 10 more minutes I walked back inside and it was just sitting on the counter. Every food item was made incorrectly.
My mom and dad's coffee was good but they didn't have my honey dip donuts weren't ready yet I was very mad!!
