There’s easily a dozen flies flying around at the Tim Hortons past airport security. This can’t be the standard. I’ll be contacting Interior Health
I told the cashier that there were too many flies around and food on the floor, which raised concerns about hygiene and food safety. Instead of acknowledging my concerns or responding professionally, he simply asked, “Do you want your food or not?” Very disappointing customer service and a concerning attitude toward basic cleanliness and food safety.
Thank you to Diana, who was working alone at 5 AM and serving so many people. She was very fast, attentive, and polite. Great service, thank you Diana!
This is the worst tim hortons. Disgustingly bad service, everything so bad to the point that it ruined my day. Waited for around 20min, no food available, no awareness about it before getting in line , worst service, no online payments just cash again no awareness about that before getting in the line. Everything is very worst. I would never go to this tim hortons again. And noone should ever go to this tim hortons at kelowna airport near arrivals.
