I am really disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons location. It used to be much better but the quality has declined so much recently that I've decided never to return! The Latte I ordered wasn't a proper Latte at all!
This isn’t the first time and I’m sure it won’t be the last time that this Tim Hortons at YLW does not have any eggs for the breakfast menu. When staff is asked they have no idea and can’t answer the question at all the answer is usual “I don’t know”. I ask dis you run out of eggs they answer with we didn’t have any. This is at 9am. No cash sales. How is that possible? No signage to state that they aren't accepting cash.
Brutal. Cold food, half the items unavailable, with no accommodation for usual stressy airport environment - hurried and frustrating having to make on the spot decisions when they don’t keep their menu stocked. Very unexpected and unwelcome for my elderly mother and I. Get your snacks on the way in.
