This Tim Hortons is an embarasment to the Tim Hortons franchise! Staff: unfriendly slower than a snail pace Cleanliness: awful same gloves that are used to make your food are used to open cabinet doors. Pull out boxes and basically wipes their noses. Im afraid to eat my sandwich now. Into the garbage it goes. Slowness of service , 1 staff @ 4pm people lining up...takes 15 mins to make a sandwich..this is an airport spot needs to work with flight schedules and people who are on the run!!!!!! They were out of everything. I ordered two bagels and both were stale and burnt. Asked for them to be made again with a fresh bagel. They didn't toast them and they were still stale. I won't be eating here again.
Bagels always stale, has browns always soggy and taste bland, been like this for years
