I ordered a veggie rice bowl and it was really good! Karan made it exactly the way I asked and the taste was amazing. He has very good communication skills, listened carefully, and was super polite. Great customer service and great food. Definitely a nice experience at Tim Hortons!
Sorry to say, but the service at the Tim Hortons at Kelowna Airport (departures) was extremely slow—slower than slow. This location clearly needs more staffing and better training. Many of us working at the airport have very limited break times, and unfortunately, the staff showed no compassion or understanding toward this. I ordered a bagel, which was put in the oven, but the employee then proceeded to make three other sandwiches. Very bad service. I noticed this issue three times today. Every time there was a long waiting time. The staff works very slowly. There were two girls working, and it did not seem like they have enough experience. Because of the slow service, I received wrong food items instead of what I actually ordered. This place really needs improvement.
The one in security didn't even have any coffee to serve?!? What coffee shop (especially Tim Hortons) does not have any more coffee to serve. Pretty poor planning/organizing. Makes you wonder the quantity of the actual restaurant itself. Had to go to coffee Cart instead. Pretty big fail.....
Ordered a farmer’s breakfast sandwich and got a regular one. When I brought it back to be corrected I was told they don’t make farmers sandwiches. My son had ordered a farmers wrap and received it. Why had they not told me they don’t make them when I ordered it? It sounded like an excuse for not making the correct thing. Also my son ordered a double double but did not get any sugar. What is going on here!?
