Hello Cassie, if your name is even Cassie and you didn’t lie. As the manager of Tim Hortons, your behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. You came across as visibly miserable, and worse, you disrespected a political candidate and refused service simply because they were visiting from the U.S. Ironically, one of us is Canadian and a loyal Tim Hortons supporter.
