I'm very upset that Kay (supervisor) told me because I keep having issues with my order (due to inaccuracy- wrong size with pic, missing items etc) not to order from there verse making sure the orders are correct. She started the store manager-Damoumi said to do this. No investigation, nothing but-'Go somewhere else'. So unprofessional! I want what I paid and ordered. I'm contacting the BBB. Unfortunately will pass off regular coffee as decaf smh!! Stop doing this some people really can’t drink regular coffee!!!!
The servicr is not good. And the coffee is always burnt, this is how the boston cream donut looks like.
Best service I've had in a Tim Hortons. The food was hot and fresh, drinks fantastically made and the ladies working were so friendly and helpful. Will go out of my way just to visit this particular Tim Hortons
