Worst service I cancelled my order with how unprofessional they were they have a whole store of employees just walking around and the manager saying they’ll be with you, then once you go to pick your order up after waiting for one employee to help you out of everyone just walking around, they tell you they don’t have anything in stock, very rude and very un professional I don’t even know why they have a manager when it’s only one employee doing everything

we couldnt believe how dirty the place was was and to my absolute disgust we found a very large brown insect in our drink, I took a picture of it and the manager told us he couldnt help it that this time of year, it happens. I would beware!!!!
They only sell luke-warm coffee now because of their machines past couple months accoridng to the employees
I’m Canadian and I know how the Tim Hortons coffee really taste. Only this Tim Hortons brings it close to Canadian coffee in Michigan. I have been coming here for 3 years now and never had any issues except now. Recently they hired a lady that is a senior which I see her attitude is really bad.
