Shout out to the short guy that looks like he's 22. He's fast, funny and polite
I am heavily disappointed in the service at this time hortons. There is a girl working there today that helped us with our order this morning and she was terrible. When we tried to order she was interrupting us as well as making us repeat everything we said and she told us the order before we were done ordering and then another staff member had to step in and help. Ordered decaf and it wasn't decaf at all. They are so busy that they just pour anything. I ended up with a migraine headache as I cannot tolerate caffeine.
The bald manager is completely unprofessional with an attitude just about every time I am in there. Customer service is not fun but he needs to be better. Period.
