I’m a delivery driver and had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons located inside the SkyTrain station. Since the restaurant is inside the paid transit area, drivers need a transit pass to enter. The manager had added instructions in the Uber app saying to call a phone number for order pickup. I called the number around 10 times and no one answered. After waiting, I walked near the side entrance, showed my phone, and politely said “Uber pickup” to an employee. Why do you have two people working when only one person is taking order making them and the girl is just ignoring and cleaning ,srsly i understand cleaning is important but is to hard for her the Clear the line up bs
