This Tim Hortons is so kind to their customer the customer service is great they're always polite professional and they don't charge for water when others do I give it a five star
Honestly, this might be the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. The staff acted like serving customers was the biggest inconvenience of their day. I was rushed from the second I got to the intercome no greeting, no patience, just attitude. They didn’t even bother telling me my total; they literally grabbed my card out of my hand and ran it without saying a single word. When I finally got my food, they just slapped my sandwich into my hand with no bag, no napkins, nothing. It felt like they couldn’t get me out of there fast ... read more
