Very rude and horrible customer service. The manger who works here should be fired he does not have much experience. He said he is not here to replace my order when he gave me the wrong order. I highly don’t recommend this location.
Very small Tim Hortons. Not cozy at all. Not clean at all. I ordered a medium mocha latte. When my drink came up, they didn’t announce it, didn’t tell me, and they put the drink in the mobile / delivery pickup section. I had to flag some a team member and ask me if that was my drink, and they said yeah. However they put it in the mobile pickup section. This Tim Hortons is very unorganized. It is also not clean inside as well.
The drive thru moves quickly, and the service always comes with a complimentary smile. A great management team leads the way. Absolutely love all of the workers.
