I purchased a large coffee and it was old. The taste was so bitter.
worst Tim Hortons around got Tim bits with no icing on them, medium caramel iced cap with no caramel, even though I asked for extra caramel and got Bacon croissant sandwich with no cheese and it comes with cheese. What's the point of asking for things if you don't get it go a different Tim Hortons or Starbucks you'll actually get edible food
Extremely rude person...with multi colored hair..bit my head off...this location is awful..hire more friendly people...sure it gets busy...but you have to be able to handle it.. without losing your cool .this young woman obviously bis in wrong business....it's coffee and donuts...

I ordered a medium dark roast coffee, and it literally tasted like just hot water — no coffee flavor at all. I went back and told them about it. They said they ‘fixed it’ and poured me another cup from the same pot. It tasted exactly the same. They basically gave me the same coffee and just told me it was different. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
