I frequent this Timmy's almost daily and have been since they opened. Staff is always fast and friendly even though the customers I find that come there are sometimes not very kind to them. I have always been treated with a smile and will continue to give these workers the respect they deserve in return for their great service
restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. Was greeted when we came in the door. The service was very fast and the food and drinks were good. Nice place to sit and have a cup of coffee will definitely be returning
This location is in desperate need of new management. It’s clear the service here has gone downhill, and at this point, it’s a leadership issue. My recent experience was a mess from start to finish: I paid for an extra patty on my breakfast sandwich that I didn't get, and the Timbits I received were the wrong flavor and completely smooshed. When basic order accuracy and food presentation are this poor, it shows a total lack of oversight. I’ve given this location enough chances, but I won’t be returning.
Fastest tims around and aways get my coffee just right. The staff remembers my order and is always happy to see me
Absolutely horrible service at this location. Also my drinks tasted water down with a nasty chemical taste. Lady taking orders at the window needs an attitude adjustment and if she was my employee she would not have a job.
