If you like barely warm coffee and bagels that are shown a toaster instead of being toasted, this is the spot for you. Its the only Tim Hortons near my work and I go there almost daily fornthe past 10 years, and I have only gotten hot coffee maybe twice. Ill ask them to triple toast a bagel and will get it with zero browning, zero crunch, and like the coffee it will also be room temp at best. Absolutely terrible customer service.. lady at speaker was SO rude acting like a brat THEN I got up to the window and the guy was rude too didn’t a word to me and I even said have a good one and nothing just closed the window! These kids need a damn attitude check!
Nearly every time I order more than one food item something doesn’t make it in the bag. The staff are always so busy chatting to each other rather than paying attention to the customer at the window, they barely acknowledge you. It’s not that hard to double check the bag before handing it to the customer to make sure everything is in there, that’s what you’re getting paid to do.
