I’m really bummed I have to make this review, and I hope nobody else has to deal with the girl who was screaming this morning while the window was open. There was nobody behind me and it was about 7:45 am. I got to the window and decided I would like an extra shot of espresso. I asked the girl at the window and she was very nice. She asked the girl making my latte to add another shot of espresso and this girl LOST HER MIND. Keep in mind, the window was open. The employees most definitely give this location a bad rating. So careless and very unpresentable. Would it hurt to brush your hair and smile ?!?
If you are looking for a fresh donut, bagel or sandwich, shop elsewhere. There is nothing fresh about their food. I swear they buy their donuts from Kroger and resell them. Their bagels are old and dried up, so they automatically toast them for you so that you think the heat made them awful. No. They must be from the day before. This has not changed since the day this store opened up. Old dried out food. Keep driving.
