Very Bad customer service , food was cold and definitely not fresh .
i used to get coffee from this location years ago and it was amazing, but now it is the most disappointing tims location in this state. the coffee is SOUR. it leaves a terrible taste. literally tastes so burnt i wanna scrub my mouth out. this location is the worst.
I start almost every morning here and this crew is top notch in service, quality and personality. I look forward to seeing them as much as I look forward to my coffees. Drinks and food are always perfect.
I stopped by today and went through the drive-through. The young man that took my order was very upbeat and polite. I asked him if he had a certain donuts and he told me that they were available. I got my two coffees and my two donuts and my order was correct. It was hot and the donuts were delicious. Thank you for providing excellent customer service for my visit today. You Rock!
