I went through the drive thru this morning and there was a guy with pimple patches working the window. He intentionally shorted me on my change I'm assuming to pocket the rest. I asked him for my receipt and he claimed he couldn't give me one. I would have asked for a manager but I was only in town to drop my daughter off to a camp and will never be stopping here again. Ultimately, my experience was awful. The person who took my order was new, so I get the complexity of the situation.. but once I told 3 other employees (at different times) that I was waiting on a sandwich, they had ZERO communication skills on getting things straightened out. I waited as people behind me got their orders first. Then I was there for another 6-7 min. Communication is KEY. It cannot be lost. Or else you get an experience like I did .
Slowest place ever and I literally don't think they have ever gotten an order right...
Only 2 workers in store. They were struggling to keep up with orders from in the store and the drive thru. They were doing a great job, but this store should consider hiring more employees to make things quicker and not force workers to run around trying to do 400 things at once.
