Every single time I go here it takes forever to get my order. If I get it at all. Manager is very poor at her job. I will avoid this place like it's poison.
Tim Horton ya need to fire this lady already she making ya loose business no one want to visit that store no more because she so rude and lazy she band me from store all because I wanted my coffee hot I thought coffee supposed to be hot she has attitude with all customers when they make her work she has been rude to everybody I know that has visited that store I go at least 2 to 3 times a day to Tim Horton and spend a lot of money but I won’t ever shop at her location until she fired and I can’t wait because I don’t even kno... read more
Was at this location on June 27th... The coffee was cool, wrong... The muffin was twisted into a paper bag and crushed... ... ...And that's how they served it.. It took 25 minutes to get through the drive-thru line.. All the while we are all watching the Duncan line move very smoothly on other side of the parking lot...The drive-thru attendance seem disinterested and almost trying not to be heard..... I'll never go to this location ever again...
Half the time i go in they get my order wrong and this most recent time They refused to fill my cup up with coffee all the way because I orderd it without ice and ice fills part of the cup up. I have been going here for the last two years and they never did that till now and the lady was mad at me like I was supposed to know i'd get a small amount of coffee for medium prices simply because i dont want ice in it.
