Food is always great it’s my go to place if I don’t have time for breakfast. Wildly understaffed. I waited for 20 minutes in the drive through only to see there were only two ladies running the whole store during a morning rush.
Yeah. Underrated Tim hortons. It's always staffed up which is great in this job economy.
4 people working, less than 5 customers, all tables were dirty with crumbs needed to be wiped. Ordered 2 paninnis and they came out separate times. Attendant forgot to scan my app for points, and I had to tell her how to use the app!
I was charged for 2 orders when I went through the drive thru and still did not get the right order when I only ordered a bagel. I asked for a refund and they told me they can’t do that and I still had to pay for my bagel when I was charged almost $10 for an order that was not mine. The food is usually fine but my drinks are never right. I always get drinks I don’t order. I always order it with cold foam which costs extra and almost never get it.
