This is the worst Tim Hortons in Syracuse. The other two Tim Hortons in Syracuse(North Syracuse and Camillus) give me the Vanilla Cream Cold Brew in a large cup when I ask for a Large but this one gives it to me in Medium. It makes zero sense. If Dunkin and Starbucks can offer a cold brew in a large size cup, so should Tim Hortons.
Great customer service!
The customer service was excellent. Assisted us with DD order and went the extra mile to make our order special! Everything was also delicious of course!! So glad to have a Tim Horton's near by!
