It's been a great feeling to come to Tim's Hortons of western New York. The staff did an excellent job over the years getting the right donut and give us chili perfectly. I missed going to Tim's Horton's and I'll be back someday.

On 4/12/26 I was at the ridge Rd Location in Lackawanna Ny, ordered an Xl coffee gave the girl a 10.00 to pay for it, she handed me back my change and I put it in my purse, got to work realized she only gave me 2.00 back, so I called the store right away. The woman said you would put my money in an envelope with my name on it. I could pick it up the next morning., Went there on Tuesday morning the manager into other staff members were so nasty and rude telling me that you got no money for me. They counted their drawers. Nice Tim Hortons with nothing exceptional. Friendly staff and clean dining room while I was there. Service was very fast and efficient.

We ordered 2 drinks from them and some donuts. We waited forever for our drinks and when they were finally ready, mine was barely warm. I asked if they could warm it up and he took my already drank from beverage and steamed it again. Absolutely not sanitary. Won’t be back.
