What a damn joke!! I go here at least twice a week. The customer service is terrible. They never get the orders right. When I finally went in and wanted a refund or for them to re-make my order because of their terrible service I was treated like crap. There was a young Mexican girl, just probably out of high school, who was very rude and didn’t realize I was still in the store and started talking crap about me and lying. We walked in to get s snack and drink. The gas station and Tim Hortons did not look clean. I used the restroom and it looked like it had not been cleaned ever. E we stood at the counter for Tim Hortons looking at the 5 donuts they had in the case but no one ever came to the counter to take our order. After a minute passed my son and I both said let’s just go. To be honest the cleanliness turned me off from wanting any food from this Tim Hortons.
Did not like my pumpkin spice the other day
