Horrible slow and lazy people management is bad
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Tim Hortons this morning. The person working the drive-thru was incredibly rude and snotty, rushing so aggressively that they nearly dropped my food on the ground. When I hesitated to grab it to prevent a spill, they actually got huffy with me. To make matters worse, both boxes of Timbits I received were completely smashed, and I wasn’t even given a receipt.
