I understand there was a rush, but it literally took them 5 minutes or more to even acknowledge my presence. Once the big order was done, another guy walked in, a "regular", and they proceeded to take his order even though I had been waiting. Once his was done, they continued to ignore me. Needless to say, I walked out. Response to owner: I literally can't do your survey because I WALKED OUT. I don't have a receipt.
