On May 19, 2026, I visited this Tim Hortons location and ordered a coffee. I observed the manager handling raw eggs and then immediately proceeding to prepare my beverage without proper handwashing. The individual briefly ran her hands under water for approximately two seconds and dried them on her work shirt before handling my order. When I politely requested that she wash her hands to prevent cross-contamination from raw eggs, she stated that it was not necessary and responded in a rude and condescending manner. Workers need to be trained on proper food handling, prior to serving customers their orders, including cross-contamination. I was ‘banned’ from coming back because I raised concerns to the ‘manager’ about her cross-contaminating food by not washing her hands after cracking raw eggs. -I watched as an employee was cracking RAW EGGS and then proceeded to make my coffee, without washing her hands properly or having someone else make the coffee.
