Update: 4/29/26: Bought a coffee early today and WON a free one on the side of lid. ROLL it up. Brought the winning piece in later and DENIED a free coffee. "We were told to use those cups up" but not acknowledge the wins. False advertising then. Smh "Thanks for choosing Tim Hortons. PLEASE HOLD" Seriously?...needs more staff OBVIOUSLY
As soon as I step foot in the store it’s always chaotic. There were 4 people and all running around like chickens with their heads cut off. The older lady with short hair and glasses is always so mean everytime I’m in there too and is always so dismissive and rude to the other workers, and by the other reviews I can tell she’s rude to the customers too. They already look short staffed and I couldn’t imagine how much longer the other workers last with the treatment they are getting!

This store consistently screws up our orders and of course always in their favor (items missing). The woman who must have been a manager yelled at my wife when she asked about our orders while the young workers were trying to help. No receipt given so that we could clarify. If there’s nothing else open and you have to stop the food won’t kill you but the service is terrible so just set your expectations
