This store consistently screws up our orders and of course always in their favor (items missing). The woman who must have been a manager yelled at my wife when she asked about our orders while the young workers were trying to help. No receipt given so that we could clarify. If there’s nothing else open and you have to stop the food won’t kill you but the service is terrible so just set your expectations
The staff here used to be so great and friendly. The last few times I’ve gone, the person working drive through has been incredibly rude. Today, they were so nasty and rude, I cancelled my order and drove off. I hope that they take this person off of drive through because this is my sons favorite place.
Natalie and Shaye truly make my experience everyday amazing, they’re so kind and so welcoming it’s like talking to your bffs I truly hope that the tim hortons owners know how lucky they are with them!!
Why when I call the store I get an office?? I WANT TO CALL THE STORE THAT MESSED UP MY ORDER!! I paid $5 for a large specialty drink and was given a regular coffee. I live 20 minutes away didn’t realize until I got home. This is absolutely absurd. They forgot my drink. I ordered 2 coffees. One triple triple and one specialty late. I was handed ONE drink in the drive through. I wasn’t sure what drink I got and went inside to ask for the other drink and the lady was kinda rude about it but made me ANOTHER triple triple.
