Every time I order for pick up they can not find my order. And they can't figure out how to refund it. Conviently when I contact the app, they say I have to contact the store. And the lady I always get in the store is rude. Nobody else contacts me back. It's ridiculous.
Normally I rave about this location, never have any issues with my orders. However the past three orders I've gotten from here have left me disappointed. Today I ordered a iced seasonal cinnamon apple coffee, and there was no cream in it. I also ordered a large iced carmel coffee, there was no visible carmel on the bottom and it does not taste like carmel. In my past order for a iced vanilla coffee before 6:30am and it tasted like water with an essence of coffee. It was very watered down and tasted like shit. Severely disapp... read more
I get ice caps and donuts. As long as the ice cap isn't watery it's great.
