Over a year ago I placed an order to this Tim Hortons for coffee and donuts to go. I placed the order well in advance so I could pick it up on my way. When I arrived I was told my order hadn't been started and it would take another 20 minutes for the coffee to be brewed. Placed an order on the Tim Hortons app. When at the drive thru to pick up order. I Was told that the order could not be completed because two of the items were breakfast items and they could not make them. They instructed us to cancel the order on the app because they could not do that for us and this was the option for a refund . Guess what????
