I went to get my son a donut and I realized his cup of water was empty. I asked for a cup of water so I can fill his cup. The gentleman on the drive thru said there is a charge for water and I was okay with it. I know cup of water used to be free but they charge for it now and I am fine with that. I honestly expected 30-50 cents for it. They were going to charge $1.5 for a small cup of water. Off course I didn’t get it. This is shameful. This is my FAVORITE Tim Hortons location!!! Every employee cares, the food is ALWAYS AMAZING!! They care if you are not absolutely satisfied & ALWAYS do what it takes to make it right!! Vick the manager is AWESOME!! I appreciate his attention to customer satisfaction!! Door dash let me down today but Vick did everything to reassure me that I matter & my satisfaction matter!!
