I had an experience with the team member serving me my coffee just a few minutes ago at the drive-through for Tim's (Farmington Hills off 12 Mile Rd), that was unpleasant. I typically have no issue with the service, however I held out my phone to do scan and pay and asked her if " that is my french vanilla", because she did not confirm my order or tell me what the price was before I pulled out my phone.
