I am writing to make a formal complaint about a very upsetting and disrespectful experience I had at this Tim Hortons location involving an employee named Lorain. After scanning my Tim Hortons app, I explained that the app was showing that I should receive a Trio offer. Lorain told me she could not help me because the offer was not ringing up. The WORST customer service ever. I went today to order breakfast and the black girl with the dreads have my family the most horrible attitude I’ve ever experienced. She was extremely rude and disrespectful and made us want to cancel the whole order. PLEASE do better. She clearly hates her job.
Rude disrespectful, bias and racist women at this front counter. Said my card decline when it didnt. Made sure to say it out load. Toss my food and things. I ask her twice to make sure I have oats milk and sure enough I have regular milk. Im going here every day I work to record her behavior.
