Very disappointing customer service experience. We were waiting in the drive-thru to order food and drinks, but the employee working there was busy on his phone and did not respond to us. After waiting, we had to come inside the store to place our order. We also told him that we had been waiting outside and that he hadn’t responded, but instead of acknowledging the situation or apologizing, he completely ignored us. This location really struggles. Tried going to them on 3 different occasions and every time it's a cluster. Final attempt they told me that they aren't servicing the counter so I have to use the drive-thru. I was told this after they just finished serving the guy in front of me AT THE COUNTER. What a joke. Look elsewhere for a more pleasant morning wake up
I was told to get an egg sandwich for someone & wasnt sure what to pick & Jasmine suggested one she was very nice,friendly having great costumer service communication to her costumers ⭐️
