The food was fine, same as any other Tim Hortons. The problem was the service. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Absolutely unacceptable. The workers were not caring or understandable! It was so chaotic trying to get my order. I waited 30 minutes for a drink and croissant. The workers forgot my order and when I brought it up to one of them they did not care or do anything about it. The hours are horrible. They are never open when we need them.
