i visited on thursday in the afternoon. the staff behaviour was really rude to us, especially the girl with the glasses i think they should learn how to behave with customers. prices are too high for the students. I think you should take care of it. Thanks!
Monday, June 23rd, I placed an order through the app. When I went to pick it up around 3:30 PM, the store was already closed, even though Google listed the closing time as 5 PM. I tried calling the listed number, but it directed me to Humber College instead. I even saw a staff member walking out of the store, but she completely ignored the situation. This was really frustrating.
I went to Tim Hortons today and had a very bad experience. One older lady working there was very rude to me. I paid full price for my order, but she spoke to me in a disrespectful way and said I ordered the wrong thing, even though it was not my fault. This is the second time this has happened with the same person. She was very aggressive and not polite at all. I am very disappointed and hope the management does something about this.
I had a really disappointing experience at Tim Hortons today. An older lady working there was extremely rude and had a bad attitude toward customers. She misunderstood what I said and then blamed me for it, which was frustrating and unfair.
