I had a very disappointing experience with the serving staff at Tim Hortons. I placed my order at 1:29 PM, which included one iced coffee, two steeped teas (triple-triple), and two bagels. The two steeped teas were given to me within 2 minutes, which was fine. However, I had to wait about 10 minutes for the bagels, and nearly 15 minutes for the iced coffee. The staff is very kind
I’ve been her for a year and after the union problems I’m so happy the worker Tammy is back ! If you know her here you know that she is very sweet and always never forgets a face. She checked up with me from a rough day and glad things are normal again!
waited 30 mins for a bagel that was supposed to be double toasted but it wasn’t even toasted once
