The drive thru set up is not ideal. It is very easy to pull into the nearby Wendy's drive thru by mistake. Otherwise it's everything good I've come to expect from Tim's.
Bathroom is disgustingly filthy. The floor is very sticky. It is obvious that they use a dirty mop repeatedly and the dirt just gets trapped in the grout joints and stays on the surface of the tile. There were multiple black flies in the bathroom. There were no paper towels in the dispenser to turn off the dirty faucet or open the door with. Then I ordered my coffee to go and had already left when I tasted it. It tasted burnt from sitting on the burner too long, obviously not freshly made. I purposely didn’t order any food d... read more
