The last like 3 times I’ve gone they have messed up my drink. It is a mocha latte. Where is the mocha? Now it’s undrinkable because I like sweetener and there’s none. I’ve started going less because they suck and this was my last time. Plenty of other Tim Hortons around that isn’t this one!
Where did my burrito go? They put half the filling and my tortilla is just a tunnel half way down 🤷
They no longer carried the donut I was looking for (double chocolate). A staff member made them fresh to order.
Over the last few months service has gone completely out the window. There is a better chance of your food being wrong than being right, and if you try to get your food fixed, staff will argue with you and blame you for their mistake. Don't go here if you have any other option Edit:I've been going to this Tim Hortons for almost 20 years as they are within walking distance, this is a newer problem, the customer service team has been made aware every time and nothing has changed
