I had the same experience another reviewer had. I came inside the store and stood at the register for at least 5 minutes while 4 workers stood at the drive-thru window and another worker walked pass the register to go in the back. No goodmorning, I'll be right with you or anything but they kept looking at me until one of them finally came up to take my order. The store was dirty and I will not be back.
If you are black, do not go to this Tim Hortons. Nobody greeted me when I came in. I stood in there for over two minutes everybody, all three of the female cashier just stared at me as if I’m supposed to say something first I repeat do not go to this restaurant they don’t know about customer service and they are horrible representation of our true customer service is and what Tim Hortons stands for.
Quick stop for iced latte and it was made good
