Second time I’ve went there with rude awful customer service . There response “um your gonna be waiting awhile. Ask about how long responded awhile in a snotty tone the entire conversation. So sick of all these food industry’s having poor customer service skill.
I go to tim Hortons on main st today because it was closer. Huge mistake. Parking lot empty I pull right to the speaker in drive thru and start my order. When I asked for 4 small bacon breakfast wraps I was cut off with an attitude from the order taker "we will have to cook eggs that will be awhile!" I asked how long then 2 workers are now telling me going back and forth asking what I was ordering then told me when I asked how long that it would be a long time so I said okay nvm.
