As many other comments have said, the larger white lady is incredibly rude. I get that it's early in the morning and you work at a Tim Hortons, but you don't need to speak so rudely to people. Especially students! We're just trying not to kill ourselves with school and simply need a caffeine boost. So go easy.
They will gladly take your mobile order money for items they do not sell and then never tell you until you ask. Unprofessional
