Sold out of almost everything at 10am. The cashier had an attitude with me asking questions trying to figure out what was available and rushed me to pay. I was the only one there. Go ahead and take the extra few mins to go to the time Hortons on 5 mile instead.
I made an order through their mobile app, and when I got there, I was told that they didn’t have egg or bacon for my order so they couldn’t make it. When I asked for a refund for the food, I was told that they can’t refund me, I would have to do it myself. Or wait two days when their manager is in to get my refund. I suspect if I go in two days from now, I will be hit with another road block, based on prior reviews. The lady managing today at 12 noon is extremely rude and has a terrible attitude. I pulled up to the drive thru today around 12 n and ordered a Large Vanilla Latte. I asked for extra sugar and cream. The person taking my order told me it's a latte and they use milk. I said I understand that, but I still would like cream and sugar in my latte. Absolutely disgusting. I used the mobile app to place an order and clicked for it to order at the closest location to me. It skipped over 2 closer locations and decided to order here. When I asked for a refund I was told I had to contact corporate. I contacted corporate and was told only the store could refund. Talked to the store again and was told I’d have to call back another day because they had no manager on staff, but they won’t do refunds so it was pointless (what the employee said).
