Hands down the worst drive-thru service ever. The clueless kids running this place rushed us through our order even though there was only one car in front of us and no real line. When we got to the window, the guy had the nerve to ask what we ordered after we just listed off a bunch of items—clearly they weren’t listening at all. The staff is rude, careless, and honestly it feels like this Tim’s is being run by disrespectful children with zero common sense. Absolutely pathetic and disgusting service
We just purchased a sandwich in my daughter bit into a plastic glove in her chicken wrap. Not a small piece of plastic either. Absolutely disgusting!
