I came in at around 8:30am on Sunday and the lady working the shift was one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. As someone also works in the food industry I know how hard it can be at times but it is NO reason to be an ass. I came in with my family of 4 and the lady rolled her eyes at us for placing a “big” order yet the place wasn’t busy at all. I decided to try Tim Hortons for the first time today after hearing so many good things, but honestly, it was a really disappointing experience. When my family and I (four of us total) went to order, the lady at the register had a strong accent, which made it hard for us to understand her at times. I completely understand that accents are normal and not an issue, but what made the experience uncomfortable was how visibly annoyed she got every time we asked her to repeat something.
