Hello, I just wanna say that I love the Tim Hortons on Culver Road. There’s a manager there that’s always really nice and friendly when I see her. The food is always prepared wonderfully. I live an hour away and every time I come to Rochester, I come to this location. I highly recommend it

Liz’s is so sweet and gentle with me and my kids I love her and her service
I left the drive thru with three large coffees which immediately spilled all over my front seat. My fault totally. I went in the drive thru again and the workers there couldn’t have been nicer and more understanding. They even replaced the coffees at no charge. They’re fantastic at this location!
