Ordered a scrambled egg loaded wrap meal, I was shorted on my change. Upon eating the wrap realized there wasnt a hash brown or chipotle sauce on my wrap. Told the cashier and was told that I ordered the food wrong and was given what i ordered. I eat the same thing from tim hortons everyday, I know how to order it. I then had to ask for them to remake it, they were out of scrambled eggs but I said it was fine with different eggs, got it and it still didn’t have any chipotle on it.

This is a short version of what happened. I’ve been a regular customer at this Tim Hortons since it opened. When my card supposedly declined today for a $2.80 coffee, the employee said, “Oh, you didn’t pay the day before,” and immediately became rude and accusatory. I explained that I use the Tim Hortons app/Apple Pay, but she refused to listen. Frequently Try to order just to be told that they are out of them Several times, honestly the only reason I even try is because my friend works at the gas station. They only have one nice employee there. And the rest of them stand in the back while they take your order And then complain that they don't hear you.....
