Ordered a cappuccino got a french vanilla and was told i ordered wrong and then proceeded to lock the doors when i was trying to order through the counter in store, by far THE worst store I’ve ever been
Unfriendly, unprofessional staff. Store locked during prime business hours, no sign, or anything saying drive thru only. Terrible service. Oh and OUT of very basic doughnuts. Unbelievable and unacceptable. And the ones I did get and paid for were supposed to be cream filled and were not.
Always fresh food and hot coffee
Clean store. Had to stop in while visiting Columbus. Got me a Harry Potter donut 🍩😀. Not bad. Service was a bit slow. Overall decent visit
