On June 16, 2025, at around 8:45AM, I tried to redeem my points for a Vanilla Iced Capp. I ordered in the drive-thru as usual and when I arrived at the window, the woman working scanned my phone and just said “Okay”. I assumed that meant everything went through alright, since she never once told me a total. When I reached for my drink, she said “Payment did not go through”.
