My favorite coffee place.... Tonight around 5pm I went to this location and had a bad experience with this young lady. This lady wasn't taken anyone orders correctly. She took my order and behind me was a couple. They order bagels. Instead of taking my order first (iced latte) she went on to take their order. She continues to take other orders and forgets all about my order. I waited 10 minutes still no latte. I don't think she should be continuing working at this establishment.. There was a maggot in my chai latte, spat this out shortly after getting home. I am very disappointed since I have gotten food and drink from here in the past and have loved it
