Ok…two days two different experiences, both bad. Day 1 Saturday 7/11 I placed a mobile order which my drink is never the same or right from the North Union St TH. JUST MAKE IT LIKE I ORDERED! Please! I’ve been to TH FROM Toronto all the way back to the other 2 TH in Olean and never have had an issue with them making my drink but this one on Union St seems to just throw whatever they feel like in my cup. I love Tim Hortons anywhere I Go. I've never really had to any issues with any Tim Hortons locations... This one was great and the coffee I had was even cheaper than at Dunkin... The coffee was good even though it was strong and the service was decent. The location was decent as well

It was nice. They were helpful and friendly.. and i enjoyed my drink and donuts.
