I ordered 2 English sausage muffins with no egg, I got 2 English sausage muffins with nothing but sausage, reordered them and they only brought me one that had everything but sausage. How can you screw up this bad with simple instructions? I said screw it and worked with what I had and made it doable but this place sucks.
Just visited this location. Cashier was a little irritable (Might have been new). I put in my order tried to pay, but the prompt to pay didn't show up on the keypad. I suddenly remembered that there was a couple items I forgot to order for someone else at home. I sincerely apologized. He seemed more irritated, but we did my order again from start, tried to pay. After repeating our order to the employee 4 times, they still gave me the wrong order. And the staff was not very friendly.
Patrick at the drive thru is so rude and hateful. Never coming back here he ruined my experience. Never had someone be so mean at a drive thru when I said please and thank you and he said a snippy comment and gave me an attitude. Go get some sleep and reassess how you act.
