I’ve always enjoyed Tim Hortons, but I’ve had to raise multiple concerns regarding the consistency of my iced vanilla latte orders. On several occasions, instead of receiving a properly prepared large iced vanilla latte, I was given what was essentially black coffee with 2 drops of vanilla extract. lacking creamer, cold foam, or the expected ingredients. After repeated issues without improvement, just go McDonald’s.
I love going out for coffee, with my pup and my fiancé. For an employee to send out a watered down ice cap is unbelievable. We went to Starbucks, didn’t like how dark it was so I swung by Tims. Does anyone here know how to make coffee?
These girls make my day! You couldn't ask for better staff. Even when they are super busy ( because they are the best and everyone loves to go there) they still have the best attitudes. They always make a big deal out of my dogs which my dogs love. Luna and Luther also LOVE Tim Horton's and the staff. Happy pup pics are attached. Thank you girls for all that you do.
