I ordered ahead through the app to skip the already long line. I stepped out of line to go to the mobile pickup line. By then five other people got in line. They told me at the mobile pickup that I had to go back in line. Now I am late for my appointment because I've already paid. This is unacceptable.
I haven't been here for eight years so decided to give them another try. They had a new employee (2nd day) so things were a bit hectic. She messed up my drink order but they made it right almost immediately. I was observing the other employees and one of them was handling food without gloves. I hope that won't happen with my future orders. They keep it cold in the eating area so bring a jacket! Overall I'd say my experience was good so I'll be returning
