Quite possibly the worst Tim Horton’s and customer service experience I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered a bacon bagel sandwich with two eggs. When I got to the drive thru this morning, I was handed a bacon bagel with one egg. I let the girl know immediately that my sandwich was missing an egg, and her response (no apology) was “ok…do you want it on the side?” No. I want it on my sandwich that I paid $2 extra for. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with a drive through, the lady had zero idea what was on the menu then handed us every wrong item she could
The worst breakfast experience I have ever had. Took 5 minutes to order and 30 minutes to get our order. Had to correct the order multiple times and they added iced coffees to our order. Ordered a Chai tea latte, handed us a coffee with chai syrup. Asked if it was a coffee and they denied it.
Its a gas station Tim Hortons. So you get what you expect. But the service was still nice but coffee kinda meh
