Great customer service
Two days in a row I try coming to this Tim Hortons and sit in the drive-through line for about 20 minutes with only two cars in front of me before I decide to just leave the line because nobody’s taking anybody’s order apparently. What a joke
Can’t rate the food since they didn’t give me a chance to order it. I ordered a my first drink and hot with the total and I politely said “I have another order” for the second drink ordered and she said “that’s it” and I just paid to get out of there (she was a manager). Staff is incredibly rude and you’ll wait well over a half hour (there was only 2 of us in line) while they talk and laugh with their co workers. Owner needs to clean house and start over.
Food is usually good, once you finally get it but the staff is constantly rotated out, stressed, and overwhelmed. You never feel like it will be a smooth experience at this location.
